Arete Gymnastics has had Regional Champions on each of the four apparatus
including Level 10 All-Around Champion.  Many Arete gymnast have gone onto college.

Girls Gymnastics

Girls Beginners
This class will teach kids basic gymnastics skills on all of the equipment, flexibility, and coordination while improving their self-esteem and making gymnastics fun and exciting.

Girls Intermediate
This class is designed to teach more intermediate gymnastics skills after perfecting the beginner skills. This class is determined by skill level, not age. 
(Parents may have their child evaluated for this class.)

Girls Advanced
In this class the athlete learns more advanced gymnastics skills after perfecting the beginner and intermediate gymnastics skills. This class is determined by skill level, not age. 
(Parents may have their child evaluated for this class.)

Girls Level 1 to Level 3
The skills taught in this class have been chosen by USA Gymnastics. Skills get harder as your child moves up in level. The athletes begin to learn skills and routines that will help them move up to team level while having fun and learning to work and focus a little harder.

Girls Mini Jets
This class is by invitation only. It is designed for exceptional young athletes who train for complete excellence with an accelerated curriculum that prepares them for competition and pre-elite.

Girls Pre-Team
Students learn advanced skills while polishing and perfecting all their skills in preparation for competition.

Girls Junior Olympic Team Level 4 to Level 10
By invitation only. Students earn a spot on the team by working hard, perfecting skills and attitude. On Team, the girls have the opportunity to show their talent, hard work, and skills in competitions around the state, region, and nation.

Girls Tops
This program is designed for team level gymnasts from 7-11 years of age. They will train specific skills, flexibility, and conditioning. This class will involve additional hours separate from their team level hours.

Girls Pre-Elite
This class is by invitation only. It is designed for very talented athletes who have the potential to become elite gymnasts. It involves more intense training and time, with the opportunity to compete at their level.

Girls Elite
By invitation only. This program is designed for very talented athletes who are college and Olympic-quality gymnasts. The class demands more time and a higher intensity of training.
