Beginning
This class focuses on the basic skills of tumbling, which include
flexibility, coordination, round-offs, and back handsprings.
Intermediate
Once the basic beginning skills are learned, the student may advance to
this level. They will continue to learn skills, improve coordination,
flexibility, strength and self-esteem. This class is based on skill
level and not age.
(Parents may have their child evaluated for this
class).
Advanced
After mastering the basic beginning and intermediate skills, the
athlete reaches this level. They will continue to work on strength,
flexibility, coordination and self-esteem. Students will learn a series
of different, more intense skills. This class is based on skill
level and not on age.

Power Tumbling Team
This class is by invitation only. This program is for the advanced
athlete who wishes to
train more vigorously and show their skills in competitions held
throughout the state, region, and nation. They are chosen based on
skill level, work ethic, attitude, discipline, and the desire to
compete.
